To provide a hand pump-type splayer which is provided with a means for preventing a clogging of a jetting orifice due to the drying of products in the jetting orifice and a means for retaining a plunger head for preventing the reciprocation of a plunger.

The plunger head 14 can be made freely reciprocatable with respect to the pump-type splayer 10. An outer lid 12 can be arranged freely rotatably independedly on the plunger head, and the outer lid can be provided with a side wall 34 overlapping the jetting orifice in unused state. The side wall can be provided with a freely arrangeable opening part 20 so as to match with the jetting orifice when the outer lid rotates with respect to the plunger head. Concerning a container, a container closing part 16 for fitting the plunger head and the outer lid can be provided. The plunger head can be made freely reciprocatably in the axial direction with respect to the container closing part, and not in such a case, it can be retained with respect to the container closing part when it is at first and second orientation places.
