Abstract:
To provide a washer capable of being used together with a vehicle differential gear.SOLUTION: A washer 30 for a gear in a differential housing comprises an outer edge 44 at a maximum radial distance from an axis, and an inner edge 48 forming an opening, the inner edge being partially formed by an innermost portion 62 at a minimum radial distance from the axis, and the inner edge comprising an outward portion 66 radially outwardly spaced from the innermost portion. The washer also comprises an axially and radially inclined side wall 42 that extends at least in part between the outer edge and the innermost portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
