To photograph a clear object image in proximity photographing.

A close-up photographing adapter 30 is constituted of an adapter main body 31 and an adapter frame 32. A close-up lens 37 and an extinction plate 39 are attached to the adapter main body 31 and they are respectively located in front of a photographing lens 3 and a stroboscopic luminous part 5 when the adapter main body 31 is mounted onto a film unit 2 with a lens. The adapter frame 32 is formed of a photographing frame 45 and supporting members 46, 47. The photographing frame 45 makes composition arranged at its inside coincide with a photographing range. Further, height of the supporting members 46, 47 is a photographing distance (0.1 m for instance) adjusted to the close-up lens 37. Owing to attachment of the close-up lens 37, the photographed object image can be enlarged to an almost actual size by performing magnified printing on a photographic printing paper.
