Abstract:
To prevent water dropping or steam from being sucked into the inside of a panel by internal negative pressure produced when the closed panel is rapidly cooled down by wind and rain.
A cavity 21 for enclosing a balloon 22 is attached to the inside of a panel 11 so that the balloon 22 is sandwiched between the cavity 21 and a flange 30. When the inside of the panel 11 reaches negative pressure, pressure in the cavity 21 is lowered by being passed through the breathing hole 21a of the cavity 21 so that the balloon 22 changes its volume corresponding to a pressure change. A packing 25 shuts off the outside air which is going to penetrate from a clearance between the cavity 21 and the panel 11.
