A valve body 12 freely switchable to a closed state in which the valve body is brought into contact with a valve seat 11 and an opened state in which the valve body is separated from the valve seat 11, a spring 14 for closing operation for energizing the valve body 12 to the closed state, holding means for holding the valve body 12 in the opened state against energization force of the spring 14 for closing operation, releasing means for releasing the holding of the holding means to switch the valve body 12 from the opened state to the closed state, and control means 8 for controlling the operation of the releasing means are provided. A sound detection sensor 18 for detecting sound pressure when the valve body 12 is switched from the opened state to the closed state and discrimination means for discriminating whether the valve body 12 is closed on the basis of detection information of the sound detection sensor 18 are provided.
