PURPOSE: To provide a closed type lidded container made of resin, from which fluid contents hardly flow and which has high airtightness.

CONSTITUTION: A mouth edge side inner circumference 4 of a folded part of a container 1 is formed into a taper shape having a large upper side (inlet), and a forward end protruding corner part 14a of a mouth edge side outer circumference 14 of a bent part of a lid 11 is brought into an annular line contact with the mouth edge side inner circumference 4 of the folded part of the container. Further, the outer diameter of the annularly protruding corner part of the forward end is formed to have a size slightly larger than the inner diameter of a contact of the mouth edge side inner circumference of the folded part. When the lid is put on the mouth of the container and fitted thereon by vertically pressing the bent part 12 and the folded part 2 against each other, respective reverse tapers of an outer edge side inner circumference 13 of the bent part and an outer edge side outer circumference 3 of the folded part are engaged with each other, so that they cannot be disengaged from each other. Simultaneously, the bent part 12 is deformed and, by an elastic force generated from this deformation, the forward end protruding corner part of the mouth edge side outer circumference 14 of the bent part is brought into pressure contact with the mouth edge side inner circumference of the folded part. Thus, the lid is closely contacted with the mouth of the container by annular line contact, and airtightness can be maintained.
