Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for closing a boot for enabling to increase a control stroke in a plus direction or a minus direction, adding to or deducting from ostensible control when the boot is tighten or loosen, extending an entire controllable width, and staying as adjacently as possible from an outer surface of the boot so as not to increase danger of breaks caused by a projecting condition of the device. SOLUTION: A device for closing a boot comprises a hooking device 9 that has two hooking ends, is connected to a tie rod 7 by a small connection block 11, rotates asymmetrically in a plane mainly parallel to a plane of the boot surface, and centers an axis of rotation 12 of the small block. The both hooking ends also have groove interlocking members 9a, 9b.
