Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a closing device capable of reducing B. B. A. when a synthetic resin cap is applied to a container to which both of a metal cap and the synthetic resin cap can be attached and capable of developing good tamper evidence properties.
CONSTITUTION: A closing device is constituted by providing engaging projections 60 formed so as to obliquely protrude in a cap opening direction in a plate shape and arranged in a peripheral direction so as to be spaced apart from each other to the inner wall surface of a TE ring part 58 and providing engaging pawls 74 to the lower part of the screw part of a container 70. The engaging pawls 74 protrude externally in the diameter direction of the container and expansion parts 75 preventing the bending of the engaging projections upon the contact with the engaging projections at the time of the opening of a cap are provided to the max. protruding regions 76 of the engaging pawls 74 in a cap closing direction.
