Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device for a cover hood which is the closing device for the cover hood of an outboard engine having an upper portion and a lower portion capable of having the closing device replaced by means which is replaceable and excels with a good function.SOLUTION: An upper portion 3 and a lower portion 4 are joined through a vertical wall 6 in a joining section 7 surrounding a cover hood 2 so that the upper portion 3 and the lower portion 4 have positions held through a closing device. The closing device has a closure and the closure has a fastening unit 11 for fixing the upper portion 3 to the lower portion 4 working in a height direction of the cover hood 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
