PURPOSE: To obtain a device which can be easily inserted into an airtigtness inspection device for a pipe body and possesses the excellent closing performance by installing a plurality of beam bodies so as to be developed, at the top edge of a supporting rod, laying a diaphragm film on the outer surface of the beam body, pivotally supporting an outer peripheral beam at the top edge of the beam body, and installing a sealing ring.
CONSTITUTION: A beam body 2 is installed so as to be developed, having the top edge part 1 of a supporting rod 9 as starting point, and an outer peripheral beam 5 which forms an outer peripheral surface in the development is pivotally supported at the top edge of the beam body 2. A diaphragm film 6 which possesses airtightness and elasticity is laid on the outer surface of the beam body 2, and an elastic sealing ring 7 is installed on the outer surface at the outer peripheral edge which is formed through the development of the outer peripheral beam 5. The base edge of a supporting beam 11 is shifted by the turn of a nut 12 equipped with a locking mechanism, and the sealing ring 7 is pressed to the inner wall surface of a duct D. A also the diaphragm film 6 is developed to form a closed film in the duct D, and gas is introduced into the left side sealed part of the diaphragm film, and the leak of the seal in the duct D can be tested. After the test, the device is folded and can be used in repetition.
