Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing lid of an inspection port disposed on a roof of a grain dryer to allow an operator to climb up to the roof from the inspection port attached to the roof without going outside from the inside of the grain tank and to inspect the inside of the grain tank even when the dryer is in operation.SOLUTION: The grain dryer is comprised of a grain tank that is disposed above a grain drying part and is provided with an inspection port attached to a roof on the upper part of the grain tank to allow an operator to go in and out therefrom and a closing lid 13 that opens and closes the inspection port, with one side of the closing lid engaged with one side of the inspection port while a locking part is provided on the other side of the closing lid to be locked to the other side of the inspection port, a small window 17 is provided near the locking part of the closing lid to allow an operator to put in and pull out at least his one hand therefrom, and a shutter 18 openable/closable from the inside of the grain tank is provided on the small window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
