Abstract:
An opening/closing device (24) for closing off an opening (25) that is formed midway along a foothold unit (9), wherein the opening/closing device is equipped with: a main unit (26) displaceable between a closed position at which the opening (25) is closed off from above, and an open position at which the opening (25) is open, the open position being located above the closed position; and restricting parts (30) for restricting ingress to the opening (25) side by the user when the main unit (26) is in the open position, the restricting parts (30) intersecting the direction of ingress to the opening (25) side by the user and extending in a direction along the foothold unit (9).
