To improve facilitation and rapidness during operation in an opening closing member in which a piping hole is formed of the floor slab of a building and by which this piping hole is closed, by proving a base in which a concentric bent guide matched to the diameters of several kinds of piping and radial cutting lines are formed.
An opening closing member 1 formed of a transparent or opaque member has an expanded shape whose size can close the whole of the bottom surface of an opening between the bottom surface of a floor slab and a piping arranged in the piping hole of the bottom surface. Also, dividing cutting lines 4 are formed in the centers of upper and lower parts except for bent guides 6, and a cut part 7 is formed in the center of the bent guides 6. The bent guides 6 are formed into concentric shapes matched to the diameters of several kinds of piping except for overlapped margins 11, and when overlapped by the overlapped margins 11, radial notched 8 are formed by being continued from the center of the piping to the bent guides 6. Then, a released paper 3 is jointed to the surface of a thusly machined base through an adhesion A, thereby an opening closing member is formed.
