PURPOSE: To easily close a clearance or the like between a pipe and a partition and prevent a fall by press-bonding a spiral-shaped elastic body to the pipe by elastically generated by means of lessening spiral curvature when the clearance of pipe circumference is closed.

CONSTITUTION: A spiral type elastic patch main body is made of an elastic body such as a foaming body of soft and semi-hard, caoutchouc or the like, and it receives external force which unties the spiral so as to lessen spiral curvature and untie the spiral so that it becomes a bar-shaped main body 1-1. The main body 1-1 is wound around a pipe 7 and stuffed into a clearance 9 by a push plate 8 so that the volume is reduced and its entering form into the clearance 9 is changed so as to become a main body 1-2. In the clearance 9, it is operated by metal wires 12, and a surface 6 is made close to the lower surface of a slab 10, and both ends are closed so as to become a ring-shaped main body 1-3. As a result, passage into the clearance is made easy, and it is press-bonded to the pipe and it does not fall. Moreover, installation work is also easy.
