Title:
CLOSING TOOL FOR DOOR TRANSMITTING ELECTRIC SIGNAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11223056
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To easily and securely manage remote toilets, habitable rooms, or the like as to whether they are used or not used by separating a permanent magnet from the contact of a reed switch or setting it close to open or close the contact in accordance with the opening or closing of a door by a closing member.

When a closing member 22 of an inside member 2 is slid to close a door D, a rotary shaft 6 is rotated and a permanent magnet M is set close to two ferromagnetic bodies 32b having a contact distance at the center of a reed switch 32. The ferromagnetic bodies 32b are magnetized and attracted to each other and brought into contact with each other to close the contact. When the closing member 22 is rotated reversely to release the closed state of the door D, the rotary shaft 6 is rotated and the permanent magnet 9 is separated from the ferromagnetic bodies 32b and hence the contact is opened. In this case, one of lead wires 32c, 32c extended from the ferromagnetic bodies 32b is connected to an electric source and the other thereof is connected to a management position or a lamp or the like located in a remote site. Accordingly, a remote toilet or the like can be easily and securely managed as to whether it is used or not used by electric signals.
