Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mold a closure unit by a multi-material injection molding method, and to make only one out of the materials contact a fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A closure unit consists of a pouring part 11 and a closure part 13 for opening and closing a pouring mouth, and has a region comprising two materials A and B of different properties. The pouring part 11 and the closure part 13 are pivotably connected by a hinge 14, and the hinge 14 has at least one bearing 21 formed in one of the pouring part 11 and the closure part 13, and in each bearing 21 a pivotal part 22 formed in the other of the pouring part 11 and the closure part 13 is pivotably provided. And, the bearing 21 is formed with one material A, and the pivotal part 22 is formed with the other material B. The pivotal part 22 is covered by material A of the bearing 21 in the contacting region with the fluid. Therefore, the fluid contained in the container has no chance of contacting the other material B composing the pivotal part 22.
