To keep contents of a cloth bag dry by preventing rain or external water from penetrating; to prevent the cloth bag or user's clothes from soiling by moisture or juice penetrating through the cloth bag when moist or juicy goods are stored in the cloth bag; and to allow washing when the bag is soiled.

An inner bag is formed of waterproof fabric and inserted to the cloth bag so as to prevent water from penetrating from the outside and to inhibit the contents from getting wet. The moist or juicy goods are stored in the inner bag so as to prevent the moisture or juice from penetrating from the inside and to inhibit the cloth bag or the clothes from being soiled. The inner bag is formed of fabric durable against water and can be washed when the inner bag is soiled.
