Title:
CLOTH COATED WITH HIGHLY WET-OUT LIQUID AGENT AND LIQUID AGENT COATING MECHANISM USING THIS CLOTH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3031886
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coat mottle from being generated by forming recessed thread enclosure parts in the sunk parts of warp on a ground texture and storing an appropriate amount of liquid agent to be supplied penetrating the recessed thread enclosure parts and further, structurally enabling the liquid agent to be fed to the thread ends of cut piles by capillary action.
SOLUTION: A cloth C with wetting characteristics has such a ground texture that numerous pieces of weft 1 and warp 2 arranged in parallel are knitted in a mutually suspending and crossing fashion. Further, the thread ends of cut piles 3 into which the warp 2 is introduced as an upper thread in the sunk part 22 of the warp 2 are held under pressure between the floating parts 11 of the fore/hind pieces of the weft 1 and are raised to form a recessed thread enclosure part 4 encircled by the floating parts 11 of the pieces of the weft 1 between the thread ends of the cut piles 3. In addition, an appropriate amount of liquid agent to be supplied penetrating from the back face side of the cloth C is stored in the recessed thread enclosure part 4. Thus the liquid agent is structurally suppliable by capillary action to the thread ends of the cut piles 3. Consequently, it is possible to significantly reduce the incidence of the coat mottle generation by controlling the coat build-up of the liquid agent.
