To provide a cloth-drying implement which keeps the horizontal state of a frame when the implement is hung on a head jamb or the like, and which always keeps the horizontal state even when different in the kind or the number of laundry articles to be dried and a distance from a window or a wall.

The cloths-drying implement includes: a hook base 3 provided with a hook member 2; the quadrate frame 1 suspended via wire members 4; and a plurality of pinches (t). In the vicinities of the four corners of the hook base 3, through holes 5 are bored. The wire members 4 are arranged at the opposite side portions 1a and 1b of the frame 1 while one end 4a of each wire member 4 is connected to one corner 1c of the opposite side portions 1a and 1b of the frame 1 and the other end 4b is put through the through hole 5 in the hook base 3 and further put through an adjacent through hole 5 to be connected with the other corner 1d. To the wire member 4, a first stopper member 6a is affixed which when the hook base 3 moves along the wire member 4 to the other corner 1d side, abuts on the lower side of the through hole 5 bored on the other corner 1d side of the hook base 3 to suppress moving of the other corner 1d of the hook base 3.
