To produce a cloth having excellent air permeability and decorativeness while keeping density of woven texture by suitably forming a triple layer texture in an intermediate region of the cloth, by providing weft to whole breadth of the cloth through a shed formed by alternately vertically moving heddles.
Plural warps are gathered to respective one groups G and the respective groups are distributed to position-changeably divided in the breadth direction and alternately vertically movable plural pairs of heddles 22 and plural reeds 33, then whole warps pierced into the heddles 22 distributed to the groups G' to be crossed are upwardly transferred, then the heddles 22 are fixed. Wefts are provided into whole breadth of a shed A formed by alternately vertically moving the heddles 22 distributed to groups not to be crossed and woven to a desired length, then the heddles 22 distributed to the groups G' to be crossed are released from the fixed state, thus the warps of the groups G' to be crossed by mutually alternating the heddles 22 and the reeds 33 are mutually crossed on the woven texture. Further, the whole heddles 22 are alternately vertically moved and a weft is provided into whole breadth of the resultant shed A to suitably form a triple layer texture C1 in intermediate regions of the cloth C.
