本発明は、縦糸及び横糸からなる生地に関し、生地は、以下の特徴の組合せ、すなわち、４０ｇ／ｍ２以上で且つ１００ｇ／ｍ２未満の坪量、及び、３５μｍ以下である、互いの上に且つ同じ方向に沿って堆積された３つの同一の生地のパイルに関して測定された厚さ標準偏差；１００ｇ／ｍ２以上で且つ１６０ｇ／ｍ２以下の坪量、及び、５０μｍ以下である、互いの上に且つ同じ方向に沿って堆積された３つの同一の生地のパイルに関して測定された厚さ標準偏差；１６０ｇ／ｍ２より大きく且つ２００ｇ／ｍ２以下の坪量、及び、６０μｍ以下である、互いの上に且つ同じ方向に沿って堆積された３つの同一の生地のパイルに関して測定された厚さ標準偏差；又は、２００ｇ／ｍ２より大きく且つ４００ｇ／ｍ２以下の坪量、及び、９０μｍ以下である、互いの上に且つ同じ方向に沿って堆積された３つの同一の生地のパイルに関して測定された厚さ標準偏差；のうちの１つの組合せを特徴とする。本発明は、縦糸及び／又は横糸が、フィラメントであって、糸内で互いに相対的に自由に移動することができる、フィラメントのアセンブリからなることを更に特徴とする。
