Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patchwork fabric which comprises a pattern similar to that in a patchwork, which can be used as a material of a shirt or a bag, similar to the patchwork, which can be produced by machine production, and which can be inexpensively produced, relative to handwork patchwork.SOLUTION: A patchwork fabric 30 is formed of fabric small pieces 41-47 forming a patchwork P, and a textile 50 for base. Each of the fabric small pieces 41-47 is sewn to the textile 50 by a linear line stitch A along an outer periphery of respective shapes. Two fabric small pieces which are adjacent without having a gap, are sewn to the textile 50 by a zigzag stitch B which strides over the boundary line L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
