A center frame 10 has a hanging part 11 and extends vertically when viewed from above. Two pairs of turning frames 20 extend to the right and left from both of the ends of a center frame 10, and are connected turnably toward the side of the hanging part 11 with respect to both of the ends of the center frame 10. The distal ends 21 of the two pairs of the turning frames 20 are connected with each other through connection frames 30. Both ends of end frames 40 U-shaped when viewed from above are connected to the ends of the turning frames 20 through the connection frames 30 in an attachable and detachable manner. At each connection frames 30, a recessed part 37 for releasing the hanging part 11 when the turning frames 20 are turned toward the side of the hanging part 11 is provided.
