Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drying equipment which allows for improvement in work efficiency by eliminating pre-purge repeatedly performed between drying steps, thereby shortening operation time.SOLUTION: Drying equipment 10 according to the embodiment comprises: a drying chamber 20 for housing an object W to be dried; a main burner 31 for generating a combustion gas to be supplied to the drying chamber 20; a pilot burner 32 which is arranged adjacent to the main burner 31, and burns at least when the main burner 31 is in a flame-out condition, and which provides an ignition source of the main burner 31; and an exhaust fan 40 which flows a gaseous mixture of the combustion gas generated in the main burner 31 and the pilot burner 32 and a dilution air D and exhausts the gaseous mixture to the outside after causing the gaseous mixture to pass through the drying chamber 20 as a drying gas G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
