To provide a clothing recycling system which can exhibit the clothing in a state like a new article for a selling person of an old clothing, and allows a purchasing person to choose the old clothing in the state which is close to the requirement and clean and beautiful.

Old clothing information on the old clothing which the selling person has carried into the dealer is transmitted to a headquarter server 10 from a dealer terminal 30. The headquarter server 10 generates a cleaning information based on the received old clothing information and transmits it to a branch office terminal 40 of a branch office where the old clothing is carried in. At the branch office, a cleaning apparatus 60 is controlled based on the cleaning information which the branch office terminal 40 has received, and the old clothing carried into the branch office is cleaned. In a HDD 13 of the headquarters server 10, images of the cleaned old clothing are accumulated. In a portable information terminal 140, a selection screen including a list of old clothing images which are acquired by accessing the headquarter server 10 is displayed. In the portable information terminal 140, an order information of the old clothing chosen in the selection screen is transmitted to the headquarter server 10.
