PURPOSE: To obtain front-opening clothes having openable jointing lines from the edges of sleeves to another open part such as the neck hole, wherein the opened edges are closed with zippers, etc., and easy in putting arms of a person having troubles in the shoulder or an arm, or of a bedridden patient through sleeves.

CONSTITUTION: Openable jointing line 5 is formed from the edge 2 of a sleeve to an opening of clothes such as the neck hole 3 and the paired edges of the openable joint part 5 are closed with a zipper 6, etc. The jointing line 5 is opened and the sleeve 4 is widely developed. An arm is put on the developed sleeve and the jointing edges are closed with a zipper, etc. Thus, the arm is put through the sleeve together with the shoulder.
