Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of the drying and finish of clothing after dry leaning.
SOLUTION: In a first process, steam is supplied into a drying and finishing chamber 10 from steam jet orifices 11, 12 and hot air is supplied thereinto from hot air emitting orifices 13, 14, 15 and the taking-in of the open air is regulated so that the temp. in the drying and finishing chamber 10 becomes about 60-70°C. In a second process, at first, only steam is supplied into the drying and finishing chamber 10 in such a state that the supply of hot air is stopped so as to sufficiently fill the chamber 10 with steam and, thereafter, the supply of steam is stopped to hold the drying and finishing chamber to a steaming state for a while. In the succeeding third process, only hot air is supplied into the drying and finishing chamber 10 and the taking-in of the open air is regulated so that the temp. in the drying and finishing chamber 10 becomes about 60-70°C. After the third process is completed, the drying and finishing chamber 10 is opened to receive the supply of the cold open air. By a series of these process treatments, drying and finish performed in separate processes heretofore are simultaneously completed within a short time.
