PURPOSE: To prevent clothes from being slipped down from a hanger by covering and sticking thin cut pieces of soft polyurethane foam on the whole face or at least shoulder sections on both sides of the portion of the hanger brought into contact with shoulders of the clothing.

CONSTITUTION: A hanger A is constituted of a hanging tool 3, a neck section 2, and a clothing shoulder section contact portion 1. Thin cut pieces of soft polyurethane foam for the partial use 4 or for the whole use 5 are covered and stuck on the whole face or at least shoulder sections on both ends of the clothing shoulder section contact portion 1. The slip-down of clothing from the hanger A is prevented.
