To provide a mechanism relating to cloud computing system, particularly, for smoothing providing (selling) and use (buying) of resources between users.
In the system, each node can use services of others instead of providing cloud-like service resources. According to evaluation of the service providing, execution of the service use is controlled. The system has a function of setting relationships among entities including an entity (E1) which provides (sells) resources to the others, an entity (E2) which uses (buys) resources from the others, and a predetermined entity (E0) which is interposed between these entities (E1, E2) to perform processing of a transaction related to providing (selling)-use (buying) of resources or the like. This function performs processing to set relationships (#1, #2) among entities using a certificate asserting the identity of a user, a key, and a signature processing technique.
