PURPOSE: To always direct a shooter to an opponent by mounting the shooter at a cross handle relatively rotatably to a club body, and mounting magnets for controlling the directing directions of the shooter on the end of the free end of the stator of the handle and the end of an upper relative rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A cross handle 2 is of a rotary type at upper and lower parts and of a stationary type at an intermediate part. A user carries it by incorporating it in a holder H hung from his waist in a contracted state. The upper relative rotor 9 of the handle 2 is restricted by the magnetic attraction force of a permanent magnet 10 arranged on the opposed surface to a stator 8, and the radiating port of a portable flash lamp 3 is directed toward the end of a club body 1. In the case of using, the club with the handle pulled out of the holder H is previously extended, the handle 2 is held, and the end of the shank A of the body 1 is directed to the opponent to light the lamp 3. Then, the lamp 3 can be directed straight to the opponent to radiate the opponent with the light. In this case, since magnetic repelling force is operated at the magnet 10 therein, the rotation of the body 1 is stopped by grasping the stator 8 and the rotor 9 together.
