Abstract:

To provide a cleaning and washing system capable of overcoming the disadvantage that a detergent for washing causes a public pollution problem while there is a tendency of transition to washing because the use of a solvent in the conventional dry cleaning causes a trouble in the skin.

This washing and cleaning system uses cluster ion water obtained by mixing alkali ion water with acid ion water as a washing solution.
