The cluster mill has a pair of work rolls 1a, 1b and two pairs of back-up rolls 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b. One back-up roll 2a is constituted so as to be expandable or shrinkable in the radial direction, also bending devices 4 are installed on the end parts of the work rolls 1a, 1b and moreover coolant devices 5 for cooling or heating the work rolls 1a, 1b are installed.
