Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten a clutch connecting time to a minimum by driving a clutch actuator setting it to the possible maximum connecting speed from the clutch disconnected position to the half-clutch position, in clutch connection.

CONSTITUTION: A clutch actuator 8 is duty-controlled in its operating speed by a control unit 5 and a clutch actuator valve 12. That is, the actuator 8 is stopped in its operation for 0% duty while generating the maximum operating speed for 100% duty. Then in a transmission shift control such as when a vehicle is started, when a clutch is connected, a clutch speed is controlled by the maximum operating speed of the actuator 8 during the time from the clutch disconnected position to the half-clutch position. That is, by an output signal of a clutch position sensor 4, the control unit 5 feeds a 100% duty signal to the valve 12, when the clutch is placed in a position from the clutch disconnected position to which the half-clutch position, controlling the clutch so as to generate the maximum clutch connecting speed.
