The adjusting bolt 53 is arranged to transmit the pressing force of the diaphragm spring 4 to the pressure plate 6, and is axially moved with respect to the pressure plate 6 when rotated with respect to the pressure plate 6. The adjusting spring 54 applies torque to the adjusting bolt 53. The slide bush 52 is supported by the pressure plate 6 to be axially moved with respect to the pressure plate 6, and regulates the movement of the adjusting bolt 53 to the side of a cover member.
