The second clutch is of jaw clutch type in which clutch pawls are engaged with each other. A torque limiter 100 to make slip when a torque exceeding the reference value is applied to the jaw clutch is interposed between the jaw clutch and the gear case. The torque limiter is structured so that a rotor 111 installed on the second clutch is fitted by pressure to a stator 101 installed in the gear case.
