PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device of a new constitution capable of reducing problems caused by that a component is rotatably supported by a shaft.SOLUTION: A clutch device of an embodiment includes a projecting portion disposed on a housing in a state of being projected toward one side in the axial direction of a center of rotation, and covering an outer side in the radial direction of the center of rotation of a first shaft supported by the housing in a state of being rotatable about the center of rotation, and a member (second member and the like) rotatably supported by the projecting portion.
