Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a light weight and small-sized clutch device by forming in its periphery a gear engaged in an idle gear which is interlocked with an auxiliary motor and by installing a friction plate having a built-in brake disk which presses against a clutch disk connected to a rotor shaft of a main motor. CONSTITUTION:In a clutch device where an auxiliary motor 6 is interlocked with a driven rotary shaft 2 through an adle gear 5 for speed reduction in the periphery of the clutch device is formed a gear to be engaged in the idle gear 6 which is interlocked with the auxiliary motor 6 and is also installed with a friction plate 4 having a built-in brake disk 12 which presses against a clutch disk 3 connected to a rotary shaft 2 of a main motor 1. When the shaft 2 is rotated with a rotor shaft 7 of the auxiliary motor 6, the excitation of a solenoid 8 is relieved and the pressing force of a spring 11 is transmitted to a brake lever 10 and a brake disk 12 is pressed against a clutch disk 3 thereby connecting the disk 3 to the friction plate 4. With this construction, the rotation of the shaft 7 is transmitted to the shaft 2 through the adle gear 5, thereby reducing the rotation speed.
