CONSTITUTION: Rubber compound containing heat hardening resin such as phenol resin and metal fiber such as copper is stuck to basic fiber mainly composed of inorganic fiber such as glass fiber to be preformed. And later, it is formed under heating and pressurizing. Accordingly, even a clutch facing is formed in a large diameter, there is almost no occurrence of warp, appearance is good, it is easy to fix it to a clutch disk and heat dissipation capacity can be improved by metal fiber.
