To provide a clutch capable of reducing size, weight and cost by providing, with a simple structure, a mechanism transmitting rotary torque from an input rotary member to an output rotary member without transmitting the rotary torque in a direction opposite thereto, and a four-wheel drive vehicle using the same.
In this clutch 3 including an input rotary member 31, an output rotary member 33 relatively rotatable coaxially with the input rotary member 31, and an intermediate rotary member 32 interposed between the input rotary member and the output rotary member, and transmitting torque to the output rotary member 33 from the input rotary member 31 without transmitting the torque from the output rotary member 33 to the input rotary member 31, relative rotation of the intermediate rotary member 32 with the input rotary member 31 is limited in a predetermined range, and the intermediate rotary member 32 is axially moved by the relative rotation with the input rotary member 31 and frictionally contacts the output rotary member 33.
