Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align magnitude of the force to be required for falling a visor forward and backward in the case where a warm and a warm wheel 1 are used in the last stage of a door mirror driving mechanism.
SOLUTION: A projecting part 5 and a recessed part 6 formed in each abutment surface of a clutch plate 2, of which rotation is regulated by a supporting shaft, and a warm wheel 1, which can be rotated, are provided at a first position at a small distance from the center of rotation and a second position at a large distance from the center of rotation. At the first position, inclined surfaces, which are inclined in the gear train direction of the warm wheel 1, contact with each other, and at the second position inclined surfaces, which are inclined in the opposite direction, contact with each other so as to set the torque practically equal to each other. A stroke until each inclined surface is separated from each other is set so that angle of rotation of the warm wheel 1 at the time of separating both the inclined surfaces at the first position and at the time of separating the inclined surfaces at the second position becomes practically equal to each other.
