Abstract:
To provide a clutch release bearing device for achieving abnormal noise prevention and life improvement.
The clutch release bearing device 3 comprises a clutch release bearing 10 including an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12, a guide sleeve 20 fitted to a bearing retainer R encircling a main drive shaft 9 so as to be slidable, and a connection member 30 connecting one ring of the clutch release bearing 10 to the guide sleeve 20. On the sliding face of the guide sleeve 20 on the bearing retainer R, a metal coating is formed by shot peening using a non-ferrous shot material.
