To suppress wear of a piston and a cylinder by allowing the piston to smoothly operate in a clutch release device for hydraulically moving a release bearing unit.
A clutch release device comprises: a release bearing unit 2; a base member 10; a plurality of cylinders 11; and a plurality of pistons 12. The release bearing unit 2 moves along a rotating shaft of a clutch device and releases the press by a pressing member. The base member 10 has an oil pressure chamber 20 inside. Each of the plurality of cylinders 11 is separately arranged to the base member 10, and hydraulic oil is supplied to the cylinders from the oil pressure chamber 20. Each of the plurality of pistons 12 has a piston body 30 arranged in the cylinder 11 in a freely movable manner, and a rod 31 whose one end can abut against the piston body 30 and the other end projects from the cylinder 11 to be connected with the release bearing unit 2.
