Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply always an appropriate rotation resistance in stable manner to an output shaft when a locked state at a brake side clutch part is released.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a lever side clutch part 11 arranged at an input side for controlling a transmission and a shutting-off of a rotating torque inputted through a lever operation; and a brake side clutch part 12 arranged at an output side to transmit the rotating torque from the lever side clutch part 11 to an output side and shutting off the rotational torque inversely inputted from the output side, the brake side clutch part 12 has a side plate 25 of which rotation is restricted, an output shaft 22 from which the rotation is outputted, and a metallic coil spring 29 fixed to the side plate 25 and acting as a braking member for applying a rotation resistance to the output shaft 22 with a sliding torque generated through pressing-in to the output shaft 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
