Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of abnormal noise from an operation level and to realize a lever operation of good operation feeling by optimally controlling a clearance between an outer ring and a washer.SOLUTION: A clutch unit is composed of a lever-side clutch portion 11 controlling transmission and blockage of rotation toque input by lever operation, and a brake-side clutch portion 12 for transmitting the rotation torque input from the lever-side clutch portion 11 to an output side, and blocking the rotation torque reversely input from the output side. The lever-side clutch portion 11 includes an outer ring 14 to which the rotation torque is input, and the brake-side clutch portion 12 includes an output shaft 22 for outputting the rotation torque, and has a structure to be mounted on the output shaft 22 in a state that a washer 31 for retaining components including the outer ring 14 is opposed to the outer ring 14, and the washer 31 has a flat portion 31a capable of being kept into contact with a flat portion 14c of the outer ring 14 in inputting the rotation torque from the outer ring 14 by lever operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
