To provide a clutch capable of controlling its engagement and disengagement both in the regularly rotating direction and the reversely rotating direction and also provide a vehicle driving device equipped with the clutch.
A clutch inner 152 of this clutch has cam faces 164a and 164b at the ends about circumferential direction of a cam member engaging part 164 which makes engagement with a cam member 161 of a clutch shoe 153, wherein the cam faces 164 and 164b bite in the cam member 161 between centrifugal weights 154 of the clutch shoe 153 so as to press the centrifugal weights 154 to the clutch outer 151. In case the clutch inner 152 lies on the driving side in the condition that the revolving speed of the clutch inner 152 has attained the prescribed level and the centrifugal weights 154 are put in friction engagement with the clutch outer 151, the cam member 161 is bitten in between one of the cam faces 164a of the clutch inner 151 and centrifugal clutch 154, while the cam member 161 is bitten in between the other cam face 164b of the clutch inner 152 and the centrifugal clutch 154 in a case that the clutch inner 152 lies on the follower side.
