Abstract:
To provide a CNT coated type snow melting/freezing proofing flat heater and a manufacturing method thereof which secure snow melting and freezing proofing performance, and also suppress dangers such as brows and discomfort on appearance, and make attachment, adhesion etc, and the like unnecessary.SOLUTION: A CNT coated type snow melting/freezing proofing flat heater is provided by laminating an insulating/waterproof layer 12 as a first layer, a CNT coated layer 13 as a second layer, an electrode layer 14 as a third layer, a CNT coating protective layer 15 as a fourth layer, and a surface protective layer 16 as a fifth layer, and the CNT coated layer 13 of the second layer is formed so as to be coated with a CNT ink in which a resin binder and CNTs are dissolved in a benzene-based solvent, and the CNT coated layer 13 of the second layer has a thickness of 10 μm to 100 μm, and in the first layer, an adhesive layer is disposed in advance on the lower surface facing the installation object side 11, and the first layer is fixed to the installation object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
