Abstract:
To provide a CO2 adsorption device capable of improving desorption efficiency of CO2 by appropriately desorbing CO2 from a CO2 adsorbent in accordance with CO2 distribution characteristics in the CO2 adsorbent, and a CO2 adsorption device for an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A CO2 adsorption device 1 includes: first and second CO2 adsorbents 11A, 11B each adsorbing CO2 in exhaust gas introduced from an inlet at a low temperature and desorbing and discharging from an outlet the adsorbed CO2 at a high temperature; and a heater (first and second heat exchange parts 10A, 10B, first on-off valves 25AX-25AZ, second on-off valves 25BX-25BZ) for partially heating portions in the vicinity of the outlets of the first and second CO2 adsorbents 11A, 11B (Z layers of the first and second heat exchange parts 10A, 10B) during a desorption operation of CO2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
