To develop uses of a wet powder prepared by mixing coal ash and desulfurized gypsum being by-products from a coal-fired power plant in a suitable mixing ratio, adding a small amount of quick or slaked lime and water to the mixture, and kneading the resulting mixture, to improve the suppliability (storage stability) and applicability being problems as merchandize by developing the use of the wet powder as a supplementary material by the solidification and subsequent crushing of the wet powder, and to realize highly marketable merchandize by combining the supplementary material with a recycled concrete roadbed material.
A recycled concrete roadbed material is produced by simultaneously feeding a solidified material, prepared by rolling and hardening a wet powder prepared by kneading coal ash and desulfurized gypsum and adding water to the mixture and curing the resultant mixture, and recycled concrete crushed stone in a weight ratio of (20 to 30):(80 to 70) into a crusher, classifying the resulting powder with a plurality of screens with different meshes, and effecting the particle size adjustment by mixing the fractions in a specified ratio.
