Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form easily a large opening for carrying repairing materials into a coal-burning combustion furnace, whose clinker hopper is provided with a bottom face having a configuration of arrayed hoppers.
CONSTITUTION: Opening doors 5 for carrying materials for repairing and the like are provided at crests 4 between hopper-type bodies constituting the bottom face 3 of a coal-burning furnace and are closed upon operating the furnace but opened upon periodical repairing and the like. The opening doors 5 are preferable to be double-door or single door, which are opened toward the inside of the combustion furnace. The crests in the bottom face, wherein accessories or pipings are not arranged almost, are opened whereby large openings, convenient for simple removing works, the repairing works of the inside of the furnace or carrying of materials for repairing into the furnace and the like, can be provided easily. The hoisting work, horizontal moving work and the like of heavy matters are not necessitated whereby the carrying works are safe.
