Title:
COAL DEACTIVATION TREATMENT APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015110689
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deactivation treatment apparatus capable of efficiently performing oxygen adsorption onto a surface of coal while achieving prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal having been subjected to destructive distillation.SOLUTION: A destructive distillation coal deactivation treatment apparatus comprises: a rotary kiln main body 103 being supplied with coal 2 and treatment gas therein and being provided in a rotatable manner; and feeding pipes 142 being provided so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of the rotary kiln main body 103 while being provided in the rotatable manner together with the rotary kiln main body 103 and causing cooling water to flow therein. In the destructive distillation coal deactivation treatment apparatus, pairs of vanes 143 and 144 protruding in a radial direction are provided at outer peripheral portions of the feeding pipes 142 and the feeding pipes 142 and the pairs of vanes 143 and 144 are disposed such that each angle γ between a tangent L2 of a locus L1 where central axes C2 of the feeding pipes 142 pass and each bisector L3 of the pairs of vanes 143 and 144 ranges from 0 degrees to 40 degrees while being disposed so as to pass a coal layer formed by the coal 2 being accumulated in the rotary kiln main body 103 at the time of rotation of the rotary kiln main body 103.
